Gianni (Johnny) Latino was born and raised in the greater Chicago area.
He left the 6 months of grey, frigid, drab weather for the paradise that is Sarasota in 1996, where he has resided ever since.
Johnny has been active in the acquisition and sales of real estate in both Sarasota and northern Illinois for 23 years.
In addition to the buying and selling of properties, Johnny has been involved with commercial land development, building of single/multi-family properties, and the rehabilitation/refitting of numerous properties, 17 of which have been his own personal projects in Sarasota.
Johnny finished top 10 in real estate sales for the state of Florida in both ’05 and ’06. Because of his many levels of real estate experience, Johnny has built strong working relationships with professionals in every aspect of the real estate business.
